Reakt360 Application 

Reakt360

Reakt360 application is a SaaS solution (Software as a Service) that allows users to make video calls to several users, teams and even external organisations through pre-selected incoming and outgoing call routing options. In simple terms, when the call is placed, the software checks the company’s and team’s selected call rules, in order to determine what teams/users should be in the call and who should be called if the required users don’t answer. This way Reakt360 brings different departments and organisations in one call while allowing companies to improve their efficiencies through multi-purpose communication tool.

Typical Use Cases Include: 

Calling a specific department or multiple departments within your organisation (Reakt360 will join the correct user from each team based on each team’s incoming call rule)

Calling an external organisation that is connected to your company (Reakt360 will join the correct team and then a correct user based on the external organisation's incoming call rules)

Escalating the call and joining more users, teams or even organisations into one live call (all users will be joined based on pre-selected call rules for all teams and organisations selected)

Calling several internal teams as well as external organisations at once (Reakt360 will join the correct users from each selected team and external organisations into one call based on each internal team's and external organisation's incoming call rules)

Assigning a required outgoing call logic for a specific team (e.g. when team A makes a call, it should always call team B first. If team B doesn’t pick up, the call should go to team C) Calling specific individual users from the contact list.

Why is this ground-breaking?

Reakt360 is very much a tale of two departments. The front end has been developed to be very easy to use. Reakt360 will also have an expandable database of external support organisations for different industries, including maritime and aviation. For example, a shipping company will be able to connect with various stakeholders they are connected to, such as ship registries and agents. External support organisations will be able to join Reakt360 for free in order to support other paid organisations and answer incoming calls when required.
